• Deep Tissue Massage…slower and more intentional

  Deep Tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes, but the movement is slower, the pressure is deeper and focus is intentional.  Never painful, this treatment can be just as relaxing as well as healing.
